To make your guest or guests feel truly happy and at home firstly you must nag them a bit about their life-style and give them some sound advice on how to make the necessary improvements; then, when they are fully relaxed, set them to work on all those nasty jobs about the house and garden that you never seem to get around to. Take Roland, for example, he has never been happier than he is right now – painting the risers on the outside steps, which I have just tiled and grouted.
